– Establish short and long term capital projects for all grounds on property and Homeowners Association including over $5
  million master plan process for the golf course

 

– Meet and develop annual budget of over $2.5 million through tracking expenditures, invoices, and inventories

 

– Responsible for the design and structure of all capital and residual equipment lease packages ensuring proper turnover
  of equipment while reducing annual repair and maintenance costs

 

– Utilize the latest aggressive cultural practices, technology, and equipment to create and maintain excellent playing surfaces

 

– Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate a diverse staff of over 30+ employees dedicated to meeting and exceeding the
  expectations of members and guests

 

– Designed, implemented, and enforced comprehensive employee safety program

 

– Developed thriving internship program to foster new students in turfgrass industry at various universities across the country
  progressing within organization or at other top clubs

 

– Ensure all government regulations are complied with, including programs for and applications of pesticides and fertilizers

– Integral in many construction projects that increased member satisfaction; including new bunker liners, construction
  of 20 new tee boxes, installation of walking paths, construction of a state of the art practice facility, renovation/
  expansion of clubhouse back lawn, resurfacing cart paths, and expansion of clubhouse entertainment areas

 

– Committed to environmental protection using sound yet highly effective chemical and fertilizer applications;
  participate in ground water monitoring and native grassland management on a highly-regulated property
